Bedrooms are romantically furnished with antique beds and dressers and contain period walk-on closets, one of which boasts an impressive original surviving built-in dresser/cabinet. Large fireplaces appear in every room, even the bathroom which contains both walk-in shower and an original refinished clawfoot tub. Much of the 1890's rebuild has survived the 20th century and the rooms' original plaster cast moldings and ornate decor is accented by classical light fixtures.

The home exterior still retains it's original sandstone steps, with more recent additions of a flagstone courtyard and stamped concrete patio. No part of the rental suite is without charm as the interior bluestone is exposed in the walls surrounding the back entrance, ringed by vintage red brick and floored with marble.

The basement stairway and underground level are entirely comprised of the bare bluestone as well, the visible side being the interior of the 2nd of the home's two original stone walls. Evidence of the original kitchen maintained by the household staff still exists on the basement level as well as ground-level window that you can see survived the Great Fire of 1892.
